Our client is urgently seeking an experienced BI Developer with Microstrategy experience to work on a hybrid contract based on the specification below:
Support MSTR report development capacity (regular deliveries) to free up capacity for critical deliveries for MSTR platform optimization and migration IO, requiring more senior expertise. It includes documentation and analyses of current platform set-up, proposing adjustments and arch changes leading to mitigation of critical risks, security set-up associated with platform as well as optimizing its performance, set-up and maintenance (expected cost reductions and preparation for downscaling). Covers all MSTR projects, suppoting wide range of stakeholders. Also enables internal resource transffer for Power BI Fabric/ Copilot roll-out support.
Tasks:
Review project configurations (including Very Large Database (VLDB) settings) and update where necessary
-Review security roles and revise where necessary
-Review the design of access control lists and update/simplify where applicable and discuss with stakeholders
-Testing re-configured environments
-Support other testers of the re-configured environments
-Work closely, coordinate and manage communication with Infra team
-Final documentation
