Responsibilities: As a Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving workflows. Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Designing continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. Expected to build knowledge and support the team. Participate in Problem Solving discussions. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design is required. Beginner level of proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is recommended. Process Design Mapping and Analysis at a Beginner proficiency level is suggested.

Develop innovative strategies for process improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows

Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance process efficiency

Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for enhancement

Stay updated on industry best practices for business process design.

• Nivel de Ingles: básico
