Team, just a quick clarification:
The client has mentioned that we’ve been submitting profiles that are too senior. They are specifically looking for someone more hands-on, with a clear track record as a Project Manager, not a Program Manager.
Please prioritize mid-level, generalist profiles who are execution-focused and used to managing delivery directly, rather than overseeing portfolios or multiple teams from a strategic level.
Let me know if you need any further clarification. Thank you!
– Location of business is Switzerland, team is in Hungary. Europe based required, location is flexible – any country – 100% remotely.
– Project is most likely SAP IBP (aka Advanced Supply Chain Planning System), direct experience is nice to have
– Mid July start to end of year. If budget approved it will be extended to mid-next year
– Must have experience as both Project Manager and Scrum Master leading teams
– Expectation that they will need to work in both SN SPM (including budgets/financials) and ADO
– Skill level: mid-level generalist, ERP experience important, IBP is good but not required
