Must Have  Proven experience in Salesforce platform projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)

 Ability to lead full-cycle deliveries in Salesforce, from scoping to go-live and hypercare

 Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, integration patterns, and ecosystem.

 Ability to consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice. In particular regarding:

 Business analysis

 Project management

 Deep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations

 Addressing the needs of the corporate strategy. 

 Understanding the specifics of technology.

 Project and resource management skills.

 Accounting for deadlines and use of given resources.

 Defining which solutions are beneficial and which are inefficient for a particular business need. 

 Understanding how to achieve such solutions and goals according to their given timeframes and available resources.

 Excellent soft skills (Communication, Coordination and Negotiation)

 Experience managing technical teams and vendor partners

 Capability to track scope, budget, timeline, and quality metrics (on time, on budget, with quality).

 Understanding of CI/CD practices and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).

Good to Have

 ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, etc.).

 Experience in contract and SLA management.

 Previous experience in multinational environments and global operations.

 Desirable Spanish (B1)

SN Key responsibilities/Expectations from the Role

 Prospecting and qualifying leads.

 Data and customer analysis.

 Preparing call scripts.

 Identifying solutions to customer pain points.

 Crafting a unique selling proposition.

 Managing deal qualifications and proposals.

 Prepare and present proposals.

 Support BRM and commercials part in technical knowledge.

 Manage the delivery of projects and services based on the Salesforce platform, ensuring quality, timeline, and scope.

 Act as the main point of contact between the client, technical team, pre-sales, and other involved areas.

 Plan, monitor, and report on project progress.

 Ensure adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) according to project requirements.

 Support pre-sales activities: RFP/RFI analysis, technical proposal preparation, and solution presentations.

 Identify risks and define mitigation plans.

 Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and IT governance.

 Participate in strategic meetings with clients to understand new demands and platform evolution.

 Lead the technical team in alignment with ServiceNow and organizational best practices.

 Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), generate progress reports, and propose continuous improvements.
