EDI LEAD ANALYST

Required Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of hands-on EDI experience in a retail or high-volume trading partner environment. 
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and testing EDI documentation and integration workflows. 
• Deep knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and familiarity with a wide array of transaction sets. 
• Proven experience with EDI software/tools (preferred – IBM Sterling or SPS Commerce) 
• Strong experience in EDI layer migration projects including mapping, testing, cutover, and support. 
• Demonstrated success onboarding and managing vendors of various types: import, domestic, expense, 
• merchandise, and drop ship. 
• Experience integrating EDI with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). 
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. 
• Is a deep SME in the tech ology or the business process space 
• Preferred Qualifications: 
• Retail or consumer goods experience strongly preferred. 
• Familiarity with APIs, XML, and AS2/FTP protocols. 
• Project management experience or certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) a plus.
