4-6 years of content marketing/executive communications and/or event content experience in the technology sector. ● Resourceful, self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ● Strong project and program management and execution skills. ● Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and developing logistic plans that meet the shared vision and needs of both internal and external customers.
● Demonstrated success in event content management with a focus on operational excellence. ● Proficiency in content management tools and platforms ● Decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional stakeholders in different geographies and business units both internally and externally. ● Comfortable creating cue sheets, VOG, MC scripts.
Preferred Qualifications: ● General knowledge and comfort with event and project management software, including Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Swoogo, Sessionboard, RainFocus, and Keynote. ● Experience managing event content & operations workstreams distributed globally on larger corporate event programs (e.g., 1,000-10,000 attendees)
