About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Functional Consultant D365 CE to join our team on an exciting CRM transformation journey with a prestigious client. As a key contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting daily business operations, configuring CRM solutions, working on cross-system integrations, and ensuring strong end-user adoption. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Product Owner, Technical Consultant, and various business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into user stories while designing customized CRM solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Implement system configurations and integrations in close alignment with the Product Owner and Technical Consultant.
  • Contribute to the CRM side of the ERP integration project (occasional weekend availability required).
  • Manage daily operations for D365 CE, including triaging and resolving support tickets, processing change requests, and ensuring system stability.
  • Create test scenarios, evaluate results, and monitor user tests to ensure system quality and reliability.
  • Coordinate and deliver user training and workshops to ensure successful adoption by key users and end-users.
  • Maintain CRM documentation and act as a liaison between business and system stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements in sales automation and Dynamics 365 CE.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition of D365 Sales integration to D365 F&O as part of the BOOST Rollout.
  • Act as the Integration Lead for the DualWrite Interface between D365 Sales & D365 F&O.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and CRM transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of system configurations, integrations, and business operations.
  • Experience with D365 Sales and D365 F&O integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Previous experience with DualWrite Interface between D365 systems is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during high-impact system integrations.
