Mission Objective

Support end-user migration waves by handling technical issues/questions. This role is steered directly by the Project Manager, and acts as an operational resource.

Key Responsibilities:

– Intervene live during worldwide Intune workstation migration to manage user incidents

– Handle technical questions or blockers raised by users, redirecting/escalating when needed

– Support the follow-up of workstation status post-migration

– Escalate unresolved technical issues to L2/L3 teams

– Coordinate with support and other teams. infrastructure teams

– Ensure all handled issues are documented and tracked

– Report daily to the Project Manager, with summaries of issues resolved, blockers, and actions taken

– Feed insights into the knowledge base (FAQs, known issues, suggested improvements)

Ideal Profile:

– 3+ years in IT Support or Technical Workplace Migration Projects

– Expert in Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, Hybrid Join

– Expert in Quest ODM is a strong advantage

Skills needed – level : 

– Quest ODM – Confirmed

– Windows Autopilot – Expert

– intune – Expert
