Context

Our client initiates with its Network Product Department a One Network Program to tackle its digital transformation, enhance user connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks. 

Within the Network Product Department, the User Connectivity product line is responsible for providing connectivity on client premises and thus delivering LAN, WLAN, and WAN for those sites.

The Network Product Service is designed to engineer, deliver, and support these products and services, which strongly contribute to the One Network program initiative.

Services:

• The Network Product Engineering Service is responsible for defining, advertising, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions. In close collaboration with Group Security, CTO, and the One Network Program, the Network Product Service Engineering Service will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support corporate business and lines of business strategies. • 

The main activities include the following:

• Contributing to and supporting medium to long-term product evolution and continuous product improvement,

• Managing the advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope,

• Facilitating communications and interactions between functional groups, IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors,

• Ensuring QOS delivery and support of solutions,

• Providing high expertise support on products and services.

Deliverables:

• Service to lead results orientation, change, adaptability, and collaboration.

• The service will require to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

• The Network Product Service collaborate with/for both senior managers and IT, and showcase expertise in complicated architectural concepts and strategies in clear language.

• Openness and reaching out – Strong relationship management skills, exhibiting curiosity and the ability to see opportunities in situations, not just problems.

• Must have strong expertise in remote sites design patterns, Security solutions & IT infrastructure best practices.

• Expertise in managing LAN, Wireless and WAN infrastructure.

• Broad level of expertise about all technologies deployed in LAN, WAN, and SDWAN global environments.

o Implementation, management and support of Wireless networks using Cisco & Aruba technologies

o Radio Expertise including 6GHz band and Site Survey experience

o Implementation, management and support of NAC (Cisco ISE and Aruba Clearpass)

o Implementation, management and support of Guest solutions

o Implementation and management of Cisco Catalyst LAN

o Implementation and management of Cisco Catalyst Center and other management tools

o Implementation and management of Cisco Viptela

o Implementation and management of Cisco Meraki

o Implementation and management of other LAN, Wireless and SDWAN solutions

o Implementation and Management of Guest solutions

• Expertise in DC Network, Cloud, Network Security products, SASE, VPN (Cisco, F5), Firewalling (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Algosec), Cloud Web gateways (Skyhigh), Segmentation technologies and identity services, voice will be appreciated

• Must exhibit a strong expertise of today’s Network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at Infrastructure and Technical levels.

• Proven expertise in implementing Network project requirements, ensuring business readiness and providing business as usual support in a complex multi-tenanted environment

• Established and demonstrably productive technical relationships with major IT vendors

• Gather, combine and analyze business and technical requirements from critical constituents. Recommend appropriate technological designs and solutions that align with business requirements, the company’s technical strategy and which provides the most efficient and cost-effective solution.
