General context

The Secured Network Team provides a complete and seamless set of network and security services, covering all industrial and non-industrial sites over the world (70 users sites inc 40 plants, 5 Data Centers, Cloud services). 

Secured Network Team is part of Digital Technology Infrastructure team.

The technical environment includes : 

– Wi-Fi (Cisco)

– LAN (Cisco)

– SD-WAN(PA)

– SSE (PA)

– Internet Access

– Local FW (PA)

– Central security for Remote (Global Protect) and Cloud Access (AWS, Azure), DDI (efficient IP), etc.

All Network and Security operations are delivered by a Network Operation Center.

Your mission

– Supporting Network and Security operations at the global level as part of the Network Operation Center covering WW.

– Proactive monitoring of dashboards and alerts, both ITSM (BMW Helix) and tools (using Kadiska, Aruba UX and the providers tools)

– Managing both process and technical documentation

– Project management (ebonding, SDWAN transition to SASE, Building the catalog of service, IPAM transformation etc.)

– Preparation and Animation of CAB

– Supplier relationship management to ensure rapid incident/problem resolution (Engaging relevant stakeholders and escalation teams to speedup resolution)

– Participating in operational committees with the providers

– Operational and technical Reporting (Incident/change/Problem trends, tracking SLAs/Kpis, capacity planning, etc.)

Requirements:

– Customer and Service Oriented mindset

– Strong understanding of Network and Security technical environment (Cisco LAN, Wi-Fi, Palo Alto SASE, Efficient IP DDI)

– Experience with Network Troubleshooting

– Experience in network and security deployment

– Experience in managing Network & Security project

– Experience in multinational environments (English spoken environment)

– Experience with Manufacturing/Industrial/Chemical centered environments

– ITIL Practice
