Project Manager _ Pharma

On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Project Manager _ Pharma

• Project/Customer background: 

We are collaborating with a leading global pharmaceutical company currently managing international Technology Transfer initiatives. The company is undertaking several projects focused on transferring manufacturing processes between global sites to ensure operational continuity, production efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Current Phase:

Supporting enhancement initiatives, regulatory compliance updates, and migration activities across multiple countries, bridging legacy systems with current technology platforms.

• Duration: 

ASAP for 12 months

• Location:

Remote

Expected Skill Set:

• Proven experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong project management and communication skills in international environments.
• Solid knowledge of GxP regulations and ICH guidelines.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between technical and regulatory stakeholders.

Main Responsabilities:

End-to-end management of global Technology Transfer projects.

Leading project meetings with teams located across various countries.

Acting as the interface and ensuring alignment with stakeholders from different functional areas, including:

• Quality Compliance
• Quality Control
• Regulatory Affairs
• Validation
• Supply Chain
• Process Manufacturing

Tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.

Supporting the preparation of technical and regulatory documentation required for transfer activities.
