Key duties:
Backlog and Roadmap Management
•Manage BAU backlog
•Update and align BAU roadmap to strategy pillars and goals
Governance and Oversight
•Own Standard Demand Delivery governance
•Support ARB & DAB governance gates
Collaboration and Communication
•Participate in Daily Stand-ups with GDO
•Manage My Hub Demand Teams Channel
Feedback and Issue Resolution
•Review feedback submitted through BAU feedback mechanisms and escalate/support feedback as needed.
•Escalate defects and environment issuesas necessary.
Key Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow is a must. Nice to have knowledge of ESC portal, CSM, VA.
Time zone:
Availability within US central time morning time is a must, preferably since morning till lunch time. (so eastern EU is a preferred region of search)
QA resource
ServiceNow Upgrade coordination with Service Line product owners
Design repeatable test scripts in ServiceNow for all Unify Upgrade test cases, including QRG-type training guides for SL Product Owners (POs) and GDO teams.
Engage in defect testing, supporting GDO and Product teams with upgrade or release testing.
Develop a strategic testing approach for the BAU phase, leveraging the Demand process as a foundation.
Evaluate long-term testing requirements for My Hub BAU, including considerations for automation, resource allocation, and gap analysis.
Act as a point of contact for all BAU testing-related activities.
