Salesforce Administrator – Sustainability Focus (Commercial Real Estate)

Start Date: Targeting June 16

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with a background in commercial real estate to support our Sustainability initiatives on the Salesforce platform. This individual will act as both an Admin and Business Analyst, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline ESG-related tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Perform daily Salesforce administration: user setup, permissions, role configuration, and data hygiene.

Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows.

Gather and document requirements from Sustainability and ESG stakeholders.

Translate business needs into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sustainability metrics.

Lead and support automation efforts to improve operational efficiency.

Provide support and training to end users; promote adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Participate in cross-functional platform enhancement efforts (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations).

Requirements

Strong experience administering Salesforce Core, including declarative configuration and automation.

Experience acting as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements and defining user stories.

Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Background or experience supporting Sustainability or ESG functions required.

Experience in or with commercial real estate companies is highly desirable.

Consulting experience is a plus.

Open to candidates with Mid-level and senior experience

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (Admin required)

Familiarity with process models, ERDs, and integration diagrams.

Experience with deployment tools like Copado.
