Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA, SERVICE CRM experience PRINCIPAL level consultant.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM processes and configuration. Knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
Configure and implement SAP CRM functionalities within S/4 HANA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Provide support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
Assist in user training and documentation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with SAP CRM and S/4 HANA.
Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant SAP certification(s) is an advantage.
