You will work with a multicultural, cross-functional team to deliver a clean and trusted data foundation for SAP go-lives.
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Data Specialist to lead and execute data activities for the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) stream. The specialist will act as the key liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring that all relevant EWM data objects are clean, accurate, and ready for use in SAP S/4HANA.
The role involves working with Syniti’s SAP Advanced Data Migration and Management (SAP ADMM) platform, also known as the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) — the ETL and data governance solution selected for the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage data collection, cleansing, transformation, validation, and load activities for SAP EWM.
- Serve as a bridge between functional EWM teams and the technical data migration team.
- Execute data-related activities using the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP), ensuring alignment with project standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of EWM data changes throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Support cutover and hypercare by ensuring accurate and complete data loads.

The EWM Data Specialist will be responsible for the following data objects:
- EWM Bin Sorting
- EWM Handling Management
- EWM Packing Specifications
- EWM Product Master
- EWM Storage Bin Master
- Materials – WM Execution (EWM)
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with SAP EWM data in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics master/transactional data in SAP.
- Solid hands-on experience with data migration tools, ideally with Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized) in a Private Cloud environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional, and multicultural project team.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface between business and IT.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
