FSCM Credit/Collections/Dispute Consultant

Language: Native Spanish or Portuguese + Business Level English
Experience needed:
- One complete implementation project of FSCM at S/4HANA in Latin America for Consumer Products
- 3 complete implementations of FSCM at ECC in Latin America for Consumer Products
- Experience designing credit management process
- Experience designing collection process
- Experience designing dispute management process
Roles and responsibilities:
- Knowledge transfer from Global Template to Regional deployment
- Participate and conduct Fit/Gap workshops
- Clarify technical doubts during technical workshops
- Identify gaps against the Global Template
- Prepare estimations, functional and technical designs
- Review solutions configured by global teams
- Participate in testing planning and execution
- Identify defects and recommend solutions to the global technical team
- Provide support during the deployment phase
- Provide support during the Hypercare phase
