JD for SAP ISU Technical:
5+Years of experience in SAP ISU ABAP Technical.
Must have 4 years of experience in implementation/Support projects.
Possess knowledge of Agile Methodologies and DevOps way of working.
Experience of end to end lifecycle implementation/support activities including
the below skills.
1. Possess Good Functional knowledge of Billing and Invoicing
2. Possess the knowledge of Multi-Channel Foundation Frame work for
IS-Utilities (MCF).
3. Hands on Experience on SAP RAP programming for minimum 2 years.
4. Experience in SAP OO ABAP, SAP ABAP reports and ODATA.
5. Good knowledge on SAP Net weaver Gateway .
6. Expertise in Workflow analysis for Date Exchange process.
7. Experience in analyzing and fixing the production incidents within the
SLA.
8. Worked on Automations and other improvement initiatives to increase
the performance of services.
9. Good functional knowledge in modules of SAP IS-U like Device
management, Billing & Invoicing and FI-CA.
10. Good understanding of Release Management/Deployment Activities..
11. Experience on Transport Management System in SAP.
12. Expertise in preparing the Functional and Technical specification
documents.
13. Knowledge on resolving ATC Check and Performance Check Errors.
14. Knowledge in SAP ISU-CRM middleware is desirable.

Experience of SAP CRM and ISU Technical skillset including the below skills.
1. Hands on Experience in SAP CRM Technical Knowledge in Utility Industry.
2. Experience in CRM Web UI, Oops ABAP, OData knowledge.
3. Expertise of CRM and ISU Integration.
4. In Depth understanding of Business functionality in SAP CRM and transforming the same to Functional Specifications.
5. Experience in analyzing and fixing the production incidents within the SLA
6. Expertise in preparing the Functional and Technical specification
documents.

JD for SAP ISU Billing Functional:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ISU Billing.
Strong knowledge in one or more areas: Billing & Invoicing, FICA (Contract
Accounts Receivable and Payable), Device Management (DM), CRM-ISU
integration, and Customer Service.
Experience in end-to-end SAP ISU implementations and support projects.
Good understanding of Utilities specific business processes, especially in the
electricity and gas domain.
Experience with Smart Metering, Billing Master Data configurations, SAP
Energy Data Management is a must.
Integration of SAP IS-U with CRM.
Design and configure SAP IS-U Billing components including:
1. Rate categories, rate types, operand configuration
2. Schema and rate maintenance, variant programs, and calculation rules
3. Billing class assignments, division-specific billing
Implement and support complex rate structures, time-of-use billing, and
dynamic pricing models.
Manage billing and invoicing execution, support mass processing jobs,
including automation and performance tuning.
Good experience in SAP SD, MM and FICA configurations.
Strong skills in modelling Business requirements into functional specification
writing, unit testing, and UAT support.
Design and implement enhancements and customizations (user exits, BAPIs,
BADIs) in Billing.
Ability to troubleshoot issues in SAP and provide detailed analysis and
solutions.
Expertise in preparing the Functional and Technical specification documents.
Effective communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum or traditional SDLC methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
Exposure to SAP Cloud for Utilities (C4U) or CRM-ISU integration is
preferred.
Strong functional knowledge of meter-to-cash (M2C) lifecycle
Good understanding of technical integration points with ABAP (e.g., user
exits, BAdIs for billing enhancements)
Experience in handling manual billing, billing simulation, Unbilled Revenue
Familiar to regulatory reporting and market communication processes in
utilities.
Working experience with global delivery models.
JD for SAP FICA Functional:
5+Years of experience in SAP ISU FICA functional or techno-Functional.
Must have 4 years of experience in implementation/Support projects.
Possess knowledge of Agile Methodologies and DevOps way of working.
Experience of end to end lifecycle implementation/support activities including the below skills.
1.Possess Good Functional knowledge of FICA.
2.Expertise in FICA functionalities such as EBS, dunning, BRF+ implementation,
main/sub config, payments etc.
3.Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business
requirements and adhere to coding standards.
4.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring that all
deliverables are of high quality and meet project requirements.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and
design solutions using SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
6.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and
resolve complex technical issues.
7.Experience in Integration with FE.
8.Experience in analyzing and fixing the production incidents within the SLA.
9.Good functional knowledge in modules of SAP IS-U like Device management,
