Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM/QM Consultant to join a dynamic implementation project. The role requires deep knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and QM (Quality Management) modules, combined with strong consulting and implementation experience within SAP ECC environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting and implementation support for SAP PM and QM modules
- Lead and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders as part of the overall project framework
- Participate actively in coordination and planning meetings with the project team and client
- Conduct fit/gap analyses of existing business processes
- Adapt business processes to align with the existing SAP ECC template
- Support the implementation of the SAP ECC template across relevant workstreams
- Plan, prepare, and execute data migration activities
- Perform functional and integration testing of configured processes
- Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and testing teams
- Plan and execute Cutover and Go-Live activities
- Provide post-Go-Live support and system stabilization during the Hypercare phase
- Maintain and update project documentation in accordance with internal standards
- Monitor progress using project tracking tools, and provide regular status updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP PM and QM modules implementation
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC environment and templates
- Experience with data migration, testing, and Go-Live support
- Ability to lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with project documentation and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Solution Manager)
