Project Overview
Join the global SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation program “SyWay” for a leading client in the chemical industry. The program aims to unify quality processes across the organization and ensure data-driven decision-making through the availability of reliable and standardized quality management data.
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP QM Data Specialist to manage and execute data activities related to Quality Management (QM) in the SyWay program. You will be responsible for preparing and validating critical quality master data to support inspection processes and compliance requirements.
Working with the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP), you will ensure high-quality data delivery in line with project timelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate data collection, validation, transformation, and loading for QM master data objects.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams and functional consultants to align inspection data with SAP process design.
- Support data migration waves using the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP).
- Ensure inspection criteria, certification profiles, and characteristics are fully aligned with business requirements.
- Assist with test cycles, cutover, and hypercare, ensuring traceability and completeness of quality data.
- Bridge communication between IT teams and business stakeholders for all quality data-related topics.

- Inspection Plan
- QM Master Inspection Characteristics
- Certificate Profiles
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) data and inspection-related processes.
- Good understanding of inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, and certification logic.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments and Private Cloud deployments is a plus.
- Experience with ETL/data migration tools—preferably the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP).
- Ability to engage and coordinate with quality and compliance stakeholders in a global setting.
- Fluent in English; confident working remotely with multicultural teams.
