As part of the support team, you will support our SAP supply chain management solution across the APAC region.
Your role will include:
- Contributing to support services in the Supply Chain domain with AMS factory and regional application hubs.
- Gathering requirements for change requests.
- Delivering and reviewing change requests and functional specifications based on business requirements.
- Reviewing and contributing to testing new developments delivered by AMS factory.
- Acting as a level 2 escalation when the AMS factory needs support.
- Managing a portfolio of tickets (Incidents, Service Requests, and change requests) in the Supply Chain area, reviewing priorities to meet service level agreement targets, managing escalations, and integrating with other domains (Retail, Finance, Master Data).
- Review service delivery with key business users and SAP Regional and Global Centre of Expertise representatives (Core team).
- SAP ECC professional with 5 years of expertise in logistics and distribution (Preferably FMS, AFS, Retail).
- Experience in projects within the fashion/retail domains.
- Experience in implementing integration between SAP and non- SAP solutions (Warehouse Management Systems, Distribution, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience with ticketing solutions for application support.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- International experience and mindset.
