Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Martech, CRM, or digital marketing roles with a focus on journey orchestration.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and segmentation frameworks.
- Proven experience with cross-channel activation and real-time personalization use cases.
- Familiarity with data schemas (XDM), identity resolution, and audience strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
- Experience with marketing compliance, consent management, and governance is a plus.
