As an IT VCP member, you will work closely with the business teams to grasp their needs and promote, continually innovate and change across systems and platforms and deliver the best solutions to maximize business results.

【Description】
Position responsibilities
● Propose and design the most suitable architecture and solution for business requirements, and continuously monitor and improve the architecture, information security of each system of the VCP area.
● Lead system vendors to fulfill the business requirements with high quality IT systems.
● Periodically knowledge sharing with global IT team members and cultivating junior members.

任职资格
【Language】
MUST：Fluency in Japanese or English, be able to speak and utilize it in day work.
(Japanese: JLPT N1 level / English: CET6 / TOEIC 700 or above level. )
【Experience】
Must:
● Leadership/Toughness/Straightness
● 8 years above experience in IT, mastering the knowhow of enterprise applications designing and architecture.
● Hands-on experience with cloud service architecture design (especially on AWS and GCP). Experience in building and maintaining common application frameworks, libraries, and enterprise-level frameworks. Experience in utilizing microservices architecture.
● Excellent communication, summarization, and reporting skills. Experience in collaboration with a global team.
● Excellent logical thinking skills with the ability to understand intent and context and solve problems effectively in a multilingual environment.
Hope:
● Experience in the retail industry or manufacturing industry.
● Experience in developing and operating high concurrency web applications or distributed systems.
● Great project management skill, and supplier management ability.
● Knowledge of information security. Experience in information security audits or improvement projects.
● Professional certification of project management, such as PMP, Prince2, etc.
● Professional certification of ITIL/CCA, MCSE/MCIP, etc.
● Experience of Product Development or Supply Chain related business.
