Required:
· Minimum 7 years of experience in configuring SAP Payroll solutions (EC Payroll or HCM Payroll).
· Strong expertise in US Payroll, including process and configuration knowledge.
· Proven ability to lead and deliver implementation and production support for payroll systems.
· Experience in:
o Payroll catalog setup (e.g., collective bargaining agreements, wage type definition).
o Off-cycle payroll processing and levy management.
o Garnishment management and reporting.
o Tax reporter configuration and integration with BSI Tax Factory.
o Custom operations, rules, and user exits.
· Demonstrated success in 4+ full life cycle implementations of SAP Payroll.
· Strong client-facing and engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
