Conhecimento Técnico Requerido:
Skills needed:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP CO solutions, specifically in Product Costing (PC) and Material Ledger (ML).
- Design and configure SAP CO-PC/ML modules to support costing requirements including standard costing, actual costing, variance analysis, and settlements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Provide expert support for month-end closing activities, cost object controlling, and inventory valuation processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, SD) to ensure integration and alignment of costing flows.
- Participate in S/4HANA transformation initiatives and optimize use of Material Ledger in actual costing scenarios.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for key users and stakeholders.
- Support testing activities including integration testing, UAT, and cutover planning.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working in multinational or large-scale SAP implementation/rollout projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to CO-PC and ML.
- Certification in SAP CO or S/4HANA Finance is advantageous.
Conhecimento Técnico Desejável:
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP CO, including strong Product Costing and Material Ledger expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
- Proven experience with Material Ledger activation, actual costing runs, and cost component split analysis.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing costing, overhead structures, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting.
- Familiarity with SAP FI, MM, and PP integration points.
- Experience in S/4HANA environment is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
