Senior SAP HCM Payroll- Romanian

Duration: 6-12 months + extension

Location: remote in EMEA

Language: English

Must-Haves:

Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for the Romanian – local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies. 

Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll. 

Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.

Technical understanding and basic configuration skills

In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software, especially in:

  • Organizational management
  • Personnel administration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Local language capabilities
