Stakeholder Management – Bridge the gap in identifying all the key stakeholder groups impacted by Phase
6 activities and documenting what those impacts will be. Tying all the L5/L6 Business processes impacts to
stakeholders and the level of impact across Process, System, People, Technology and Policy. His legacy
knowledge will help accelerate this process.
ii. DT Phase 1 Package/Sell/Book Testing Champion – Coordinating efforts for all testing efforts for
SIT/E2E/UAT for these workstreams between vendors and internal resources. This includes alignment with
overall testing strategy, development of test scripts, clear exit criteria and acceptance criteria, etc.
iii. Data Migration – Coordination between Globant Data Migration teams and the internal HMH Teams to
accelerate the alignment that will be needed in assisting all Data Migration efforts. Utilizing knowledge of
existing Salesforce objects and current customization, help drive an agile development plan towards
completion of these efforts in time.
iv. Phase 6: Sales – Partner to continue blueprinting, user story requirements, acceptance criteria, testing,
enablement, and deployment activities for the Sales teams that migrate post 10/1.
v. Phase 6: Suppose and Services – Begin blueprinting work and documentation for the next phase of work
associated with Case Management and Services Scheduling.
