XTEL TPM Solution Delivery/Process Expert

 

Overall Description:

As a XTEL TPM Solution Delivery/Process Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing our XTEL Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes and systems. This role demands a blend of business acumen, deep understanding of XTEL functionalities, and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept in agile methodologies, project coordination, stakeholder management, and driving strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate projects within the XTEL TPM domain, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate design sessions and discussions, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels, including sales, commercial finance, and IT, to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Understand and articulate the functional and technical aspects of XTEL, particularly relating to trade promotion management.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of data integration between TPM and financial systems, including reconciliation processes.
  • Oversee the deployment of XTEL TPM solutions, both regionally and globally, learning from active deployments to enhance future implementations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of business relationships, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for XTEL TPM operations, ensuring consistency and best practices across all markets.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology, sales, or related functions, with a strong focus on XTEL platforms.
  • Proven expertise in XTEL TPM solutions and their integration with financial systems (e.g., SAP FICO, SD/MM).
  • Advanced knowledge in agile delivery methodologies and project management.
  • Solid understanding of commercial finance processes and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, both in IT and business domains.
  • Desirable experience in RGM Analytics areas, such as pricing, PPA, and Trade Terms.
  • XTEL certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment and influence cross-functional teams.
