 We are looking for an experienced z/OS and NetView Consultant to support enterprise mainframe environments for our end client, Ensono. This role requires strong expertise in IBM z/OS system administration, automation, and IBM NetView operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support z/OS environments including performance tuning and systems health checks
- Develop and maintain automation processes using IBM NetView
- Implement and manage event monitoring and alerting solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency
- Create and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM z/OS systems
- In-depth knowledge of IBM NetView and mainframe automation tools
- Experience with system troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with GDPS, REXX, and related scripting tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
